This isn't a side project for us. People follow our chaos. Revenue is real and growing.
You won't be employee #237 at a corporation. You'll be early team member at something that's working.

Our marketing isn't Strategic Brand Positioning. It's what if we just... did the funny thing?
And it works. If you want to be creative without layers of approval: This is it.
If you need a Brand Guidelines document to tell you what's allowed: We have one, but we ignore it constantly.
Dramatic? Maybe. True? Also yes.
Plastic chip bags are terrible. They can't be recycled. They sit in landfills for 300+ years.
Aluminum cans solve this.
Every POPI can sold = One less plastic bag.
We're also:
- Supporting independent artists (limited drops)
- Paying fair wages (livable, not just minimum)
- Building local supply chains (made in India)
- Being transparent (pricing breakdowns, failure reports)
You won't save the world working here.
But you'll be part of a business that:
✓ Doesn't destroy the planet unnecessarily
✓ Treats people fairly
✓ Builds community, not just customers
✓ Actually believes what it says
That's rarer than it should be.
Let's be honest:
We're not Google. We can't offer ₹50L packages. We can't match big corporate salaries.
But we can offer:
- Market-rate salaries for our stage (startup, growing)
- Equity (for key roles - you own part of this)

We're not just selling chips. We're creating experiences. If it's not entertaining, it's not POPI.

Boring is easy. Boring is forgettable. Boring is what everyone else does.
We don't do boring.
RADICAL TRANSPARENCY
We share:
- Our actual pricing breakdown (costs + margins)
- Our failures & challenges (when things aren't working)
- Our financials (with team, not publicly - yet)
We believe:
- Honesty builds trust
- Customers aren't stupid
- Hiding things creates distance
- Transparency is a competitive advantage
This applies internally too:
- Salary bands are public (within company)
- Company metrics shared with everyone
- Founders accessible to all team members
- Bad news shared immediately, not hidden
If you prefer corporate opacity: Wrong place.
If you want to know what's actually happening: We'll tell you.
PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION
We move fast. We'll make mistakes. We'll learn and fix them. Done beats Perfect.
This doesn't mean:
- Shipping garbage
- Cutting corners on quality
- Ignoring details
It means:
- Launching before we're 100% ready
- Iterating based on feedback
- Not overthinking every decision
- Fixing mistakes quickly
We'd rather ship and improve than wait for perfect. Perfect never ships.
COMMUNITY OVER CUSTOMERS
We're not building a customer base. We're building a tribe.
POPI People aren't transactions. They're collaborators.
This means:
- We feature their content
- We listen to their feedback
- We make them part of the story
- We treat them like friends, not metrics
This applies to team too:
- We support each other
- We celebrate wins together

You're not an employee. You're part of the tribe.
PROFIT + PLANET
We're a business. We need to make money. But not at the planet's expense.
Every decision we make asks: What's the environmental impact?
This means:
- Choosing aluminum over plastic (even though it costs more)
- Using recycled materials (even though it's harder)
- Optimizing logistics (reducing carbon footprint)
- Being honest about our progress (we're not perfect)
Sustainability isn't marketing. It's how we operate.
If you think green is just branding: This won't make sense.
If you want to build a business that doesn't destroy the planet. Same.
Market-rate pay for our stage. Key roles get equity. Transparent salary bands. (No negotiation games. We tell you the range upfront.) Performance bonuses. (Hit goals & get rewarded )
We don't track hours. We track results. Need to leave early? Fine. Need to start late? Fine. Need to work weird hours because that's when you're productive? Fine. Just Communicate, Be available if needed & Get your work done That's it.
No "15 days PTO" BS. Take time when you need it. Just, Don't abuse it (we'll notice) Coordinate with team (don't leave everyone hanging). Get your work done. We're adults. We can handle this.
Quarterly team outings. (Beach cleanup + bonfire.) Monthly team dinners. Annual company offsite. (TBD where, but somewhere fun.) Work hard, hang out, build together.
Obviously. Free chips. Forever. Take cans home. Share with friends. Become the POPI supplier in your social circle. This is non- negotiable.
